The Fairways at Canterbury Village is a condo development built by Ryland Corporation starting in May of 2000. It contains 86 units with 35 buildings. The entrance to our community is off New Germany Trebein, east of the Fairfield Mall.
We are a sister development to Canterbury Village. Many of our condos are adjacent to The Beavercreek Golf Club, a prestigious Ohio public course designed by Fuzzy Zoeller.
